Can you please tell me what are the reason for the following error messages populate while login agents in the Genesys Cloud Enviroonment "Cannot login the user 'abcd@xyz.com' on channel(s) 'voice'. Please contact your administrator."

Ranjit ji, It can be be caused by one of the below reasons,
1) Agent doesn't have login ID assigned to the user or the login assigned to the user is not available in switch (TServer environment)
2) SIP Endpoint is not installed/started automatically
3) Cannot check out license for the user
4) SIPServer/TServer issue

Usually I see this error because there are incorrect switches associated with that agent extension.
1. Go into GAX> Accounts>Persons> Tenant Name and look for the agent
2. Once you have the agent properties open, go to Agent Logins
3. Ensure there are only the valid switch names showing
(In my exapmle I have us-east-1 and us-west-1)
-If there are other switch names they should be deleted, since your agent is not allowed to login to those other switch names.
That should fix your iisue
