Hello, 

in the calls of an agent when they are finished and then select a disposition code is not updated in the table, this can be remedied at the configuration level

Try checking the record_processed option of OCS. Also, check if the Communication DN is configured properly

Check agent wrap time configure in person object, also check stale_clean_timeout in OCS application. Agent should dispose call within defined threshold, Please let me know in which table you are trying to update disposition code is it in G_CUSTOM_DATA_S table in icon then you need to check icon configuration for custom-states
